Senior Salesforce Developer – 6 Month Contract

We're currently recruiting for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a leading financial services organisation on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a hands-on development role requiring strong Salesforce platform expertise, with a particular focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, automation, integrations, and Financial Services Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build custom Apex solutions including triggers, classes and batch processes
• Develop and optimise Salesforce Flows and automation
• Support and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication
• Investigate and resolve platform issues, bugs and deployment challenges
• Work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
• Contribute to development standards, governance and best practices

Experience:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proven expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• Experience building Flows and declarative automation solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and authentication methods
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
• Experience working within structured change control and governance environments
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Previous experience within financial services, wealth management, life & pensions, or regulated environments
